Important Deadlines

  • All proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time on May 24, 2010.

  • All written questions are due by 5:00 pm March 25, 2010.

  • An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on March 30, 2010 at 2:00 pm at 4350 North Fairfax Drive #720 Arlington, VA 22015. Please RSVP for this meeting no later than 5:00 pm March 25, 2010.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC) is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in conducting business, including the procurement of goods and services. The DBE program intends to provide contracting opportunities to small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. NVTC recognizes its responsibilities to the communities in which it operates and to the society it serves and reaffirms that commitment through the operation of its DBE Program and Policy Statement.

NVTC supports and encourages the use of DBE businesses and minority owned or controlled financial institutions.
